Hey Kath and everyone who's still checking in... I haven't been around in FOREVER and haven't done any digiscrapping in longer than that LOL! I have pretty much fallen off the healthy eating wagon lately as well, but feel lucky in that I haven't gained more than about 5 pounds. I'm re-committing to my plan as of Monday and hope to get myself completely back on track to lose these last 20 pounds. It's so frustrating that I was almost into the 150's and then slid back a bit... grrrrr. Hopefully this time I'll get there once and for all!

Well, here I am a month later and still holding but not losing! I so want to lose another 10 lbs. before our cruise at Thanksgiving time. I will try to be aware of everything I put in my mouth this next month. I think I'll start up on the Nutrisystem again, as it helped me with my last 10 lbs. If I could just stay away from the ice cream, LOL!

I am down 14lbs total, but that is since July, slow going! I am weighing in tomorrow.
