One of the attractions of bentos here in the States is they can be used to cut down on waste when preparing a lunch for work/school. So it seemed appropriate to scrap my latest bento with Jennifer Trippetti's Green: The New Black kit. This was a particularly yummy lunch. And much better for me than a sandwich and a double-handful of potato chips. Sorry the photo is over-exposed - I've learned I should check my photos of my lunch before I eat it instead of after. LOL!
